Q When do I actually get paid?
Earnings unlock once a video clears the 10k-view threshold (or immediately for flat-fee campaigns). Payouts ship every Friday on the Net-14 cycle. PayPal lands in 48h, bank wire 3–5 business days, USDC instant.
Q My video was rejected — can I appeal?
Yes — use the "Request revision review" button above. A second reviewer takes a fresh look. Most appeals come back within 24h and ~30% of them result in the original decision being overturned.
Q Can I use AI voiceovers?
Not for the main narration. A short AI hook line or sound design is fine. The reason: UGC works because viewers can tell it's a real person — synthetic main voices tank retention by 30–40% in our tests.
Q Do you own my videos after I submit?
No. You keep ownership. We get a license to re-use the video on owned channels and paid ads. You can revoke this license with 14 days notice — see the Creator Agreement for the exact terms.
Q How does the referral bonus pay out?
When your referred creator hits 3 approved videos, $50 is auto-credited to your balance the next day. The referred creator gets $25. No cap on how many referrals you can have active at once.
